Cookies and web beacons

MontrealTraffic.ca uses cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages visitors access, and to customize web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information the browser sends.

Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Our advertising partners include Google AdSense. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to deliver the advertisements and links that appear on MontrealTraffic.ca directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. Other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons) may also be used by third-party ad networks to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements or to personalize the advertising content you see.

MontrealTraffic.ca has no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers. Please consult the privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to opt out of certain practices. MontrealTraffic.ca’s privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. You can learn more and manage personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

If you wish to disable cookies, you can do so through your browser options. More information about cookie management with specific browsers can be found on the browsers’ websites.
